The rooms are quite spacious and have a cozy, homey vibe that feels reminiscent of visiting family. The bedding was comfortable, allowing for a decent night's sleep after hitting the streets of the city.

There were some drawbacks worth noting. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired, with dust accumulating on surfaces like mirrors and window ledges, and a peculiar issue where running water could be heard due to an overflow pipe from the ceiling. There were also hints of poor upkeep, like holes in the floorboards and mismatched furniture. Radiators are on a timer and can be turned off without warning, leading to some chilly moments. If you plan to spend a lot of time in your room, this might not be the best place, but if you're just looking for a crash pad, it works.

Really loved the affordability and the comfy room at the back, away from street noise! 😌 dirty sheets were a letdown. a good option for a budget stay in Dublin.

    clean linens
    comfortable bed
    poor heating

Clean linens and comfortable bed made my stay enjoyable despite some challenges. The room was tidy, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and free Wi-Fi. several issues arose during my stay. The heating was controlled by the reception, making it frustrating to get warm when needed. I also encountered some noise disturbances from adjacent rooms, which made it hard to relax. the staff could improve their customer service, as some interactions felt a bit curt. This place has the potential to be much better, but it needs attention on these areas.

    cozy room
    great location
    street noise

My honest journey to loving (or hating) this

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to O'Connell Street, making exploring Dublin effortless. The room was equipped with a kettle for coffee and tea. It was clean and cozy.

While I appreciated the nearby attractions, the street noise might be disturbing for light sleepers.

    rude staff
    blocked drain

i almost enjoyed my stay, but alas, the rude reception staff completely ignored me for five minutes, as if i were invisible. the shower also had a blocked drain—absolutely delightful. considering the amount i paid, a complimentary upgrade would have been nice. i just couldn't overlook these inconveniences, although i absolutely adore the location!

Great place with great wi-fi, a tv, and an electric kettle. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me return my forgotten headphones. I recommend always checking for toiletries. I’m coming back for the new year.

The room had a nice shower, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. I loved the carpeted floor and there was a clothes rack too. It also had heating, a hairdryer, and a bathroom with proper shower and shampoo. Key card access made things easy. Really clean and comfy!
